About Paul
Landscape Photography

Based in the North-West of England, within reach of some of the UK’s finest landscapes, Paul is often to be found capturing the beauty of the Welsh hills, the waters and fells of the Lake District, Lancashire’s countryside or the coastline of our island nation, by day or by night.
The United Kingdom is home to some of the world’s most varied and impressive landscapes. With the camera, a fleeting moment of time in the long lifespan of these environments can be captured and preserved. Ever wondered what your favourite scene would look like in snow, at the last glance of sunset or when the storms hit? Landscape photography can reveal these moments to us.

Night Photography

Some of the universe’s most astonishing sights can be revealed by camera once darkness falls. Combined with a traditional landscape, by night, these images give a profound sense of our place in the universe. Whether it’s the band of the Milky Way, comets, meteor showers or incredible space phenomena such as the Aurora, the camera brings amazing after-dark detail back into view.
A dash of artificial light can bring a scene to life after dark. Whether low-level lighting, light-painting with torch light, or just the lights of a town or city, the contrast between light and darkness makes for appealing and engaging images.
